Time to loose the boep

I decided just under a month ago, I am way too unfit and overweight!!!.. So decided to join Crossfit. N joined a few months ago, and I decided to join as well.

Crossfit is an sport that takes all aspects of fitness combined into one.. Strength,stamina, core


   this was my Saturday workout

Currently on the go is the 2013 Crossfit Games, and each region sends the top athletes to the world games in California. As a beginner, I am NO WAY ready for this, but after my class, I stayed and took some pics during the 3rd round.

This round consisted of Ball-Walls


From a squat position


To throwing a weighted ball above a line



After 150 wall-balls


The athletes were required to do 90 double unders.


Followed by 30 Muscles ups


All this was to be completed in 12 minutes


All in all, its a great way to get fit!!
